How a jumbo loan works
A jumbo loan is any mortgage larger than the conforming limit set each year. In Summit, Wasatch and Washington counties, where many homes list well above $1 million, jumbo financing is simply how most people buy.
Because these loans are held by investors rather than Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, guidelines vary. Our advantage is access to several jumbo investors, so a self-employed founder in Lehi and a surgeon relocating to Park City can both find a structure that fits.

What is included with Summit Ridge

Why borrowers choose it
One loan, not two
Avoid stacking a first mortgage and a second to stay under limits.
Complex income welcome
K-1s, RSUs, bonus income and trust assets are reviewed by an underwriter, not a bot.
No PMI
Most jumbo programs do not require mortgage insurance even below 20% down.
Competitive pricing
Jumbo rates are often close to conforming rates for strong borrowers.
